We conduct short one (1) day course for the benefit of our users.

Training Venue

Please come early.  It is not easy to locate our office if you are not familiar with the area. 

Parking : Plenty of parking space at the basement.

Support after Training

Each attendee will have access to a PC for hands on training.

All our course attendees will be entitled to FREE support, via phone and remote online, for 6 months after end of training.

Free support is only applicable to the original person attending the training course.

Trainer

The training will be conducted by an experienced MYOB Consultant, who is also an accountant by training.

Course Objective

The MYOB Accounting basic course is designed for someone who is entirely new to MYOB.  You will learn how to confidently navigate and operate the MYOB system, and set up the relevant chart of accounts, tax codes, customer and supplier card files.  Thereafter, you will proceed to enter transactions involving cash, and purchase and sales transaction for a service business, and print relevant financial reports.

The MYOB Inventory management course is designed for someone who has a basic understanding of MYOB and who knows how to navigate around the software.  Participants will learn how to enter transactions involving inventory, and monitor debtors, creditors and inventory, and fulfil the GST obligations.

The MYOB Advance course is designed for participants with a working knowledge of MYOB.  Participants will explore MYOB’s hidden features, and learn some shortcut and tricks of the trade. The advance course will cover budgeting, and handling transactions in multiple currencies.   ** This course is conducted upon request.
